Characters
Many of the rooms in our hotel are dedicated to individuals who have had a special connection with us and who have written part of their history here. In addition to bearing their name, these rooms preserve historical objects that make each stay unique, such as the Hemingway Suite (201), which is furnished exactly as he knew it.
Other pieces, such as the work desk of the hotel's architect Víctor Eusa (507) or the last baton of the composer Federico Moreno Torroba (102), are part of the charm of this historic hotel.

Royal Headquarters
Since our beginnings in 1881, we have welcomed and provided our services to the Spanish Royal Family. Monarchs such as Alfonso XII, the Queen Regent, Alfonso XIII, King Juan Carlos, and Queen Sofía, as well as Infanta Isabel and Don Juan de Borbón, are some of the figures who have occasionally turned this historic Pamplona hotel into a Royal Residence. The sixth floor is dedicated to royalty and features the Infanta Isabel Suite (601) and the King Alfonso Suite (602), which are the preferred choices for couples on their wedding day.
Guest book
The Guestbook is a document that captures the history of this establishment better than any other. Feelings, emotions, and expressions of gratitude are recorded on its pages, which we now share on our blog for anyone wishing to get closer to our story. It was established in 2007, and since then many socially recognised guests have left their handwritten mark.
Roger Alier, Julio Iglesias, Robert Plant, David Hasselhoff, Charlie Sheen, Inma Sara, Pedro Martínez de la Rosa, Antonio López, Pilar Cernuda, and Antoni Wit are some of them.

Library
One of the best-known rooms of the Gran Hotel La Perla is the La Perla Room, located on floor -1, where we preserve a collection of books dedicated by renowned writers. It is a very welcoming space where our guests can read books inscribed by authors who have stayed with us, such as Woody Allen, Mario Vargas Llosa, Enrique Rojas, Dario Fo, Juan José Millás, or Antonio Gala, among others.
Enjoy a special and unique place surrounded by historic furniture, such as the piano on which Pablo Sarasate composed, or the centuries-old vases.
